$800- Includes 2 prenatal visits with personalized care, hands-on and off birth support during labor, 1 postpartum visit to debrief birth experience and offer further support.
$150- 3 home visits when needed. Lactation support is included in the Birth Doula package so no need to purchase if your hired me as your doula.
$30 per hour session. Need more in depth nutrition care? I am here for you! Personalized nutrition care for you and your baby is important before, during and after pregnancy.
